Both the dip bars and the step up plate can be easily detached and set up at 2 separate locations on the rack with 5 height adjustments on both to enhance the versatility. They can be used together or separately to accommodate multiple users.
Heavy Punching Bag Station
Improve power and get stronger training on the heavy bag. The heavy bag doesn't hit back, so it provides the perfect place to really go at it. You'll notice particular strength and endurance gains in your shoulders, back, chest, and core. Circling the bag and throwing punches will improve coordination and core stability and legs are also trained.
Trampoline Rebounder Station
Featuring 10 different, quick change angles, the rebounder delivers the ultimate in medicine ball training. Fantastic for cardio, upper body, core and balance workouts.
Kettle Bell and Medicine Ball Storage Shelves
This training rack is equipped with 4 shelves which provide ample storage space for bells, balls and accessories. The shelves are complimented by a large central shelf and 6 accessory hooks.
