The Steps to Freedom and Find Hope pieces are inspired by David’s story of courage and escape. Each piece demonstrates the steps he took to escape, find refuge at Eden's shelter and eventually return home to his family.

David’s journey started with HOPE which was followed by WAIT, RISK, SEEK, CALL and FREE. David WAITED for the right moment, he took a RISK by jumping out of a car travelling at 60 mph, he SOUGHT refuge in a local Burmese family home, he CALLED, and further support came to set him FREE.
